I want to share a testimony with everyone about how God has been blessing me through A29U to live a more surrendered life but before I do I want to share with you when I first started coming to church one of the first questions I had was what does it mean to be surrendered and how do we do it? So it’s something God has put in my heart from the beginning of my walk with Him and it seems that A29U is another tool that God is using to help me on this journey of surrender.
If I can be honest at first I was hesitant to join the A29U family group when I was invited but I decided that I would join and since then God has blessed me🙏
I’ve been challenged by the posts that focus on surrender. I feel the Lord is placing on my heart a holy burden to surrender my life more fully to God. I now find myself praying more bold prayers of surrender. I want to pray these bold prayers because I can’t afford to live another moment unsurrendered… it is very costly. I don’t want anything to stop me from growing in Christ. And what God has also been impressing upon my heart is how He can do much through an individual that is totally surrendered to Christ.
I have been praying and asking the Lord to help me come into this full surrender so I can reach new heights and depths with Christ that won’t be reached if I’m unsurrendered, and to help me be totally emptied of self so that His hand will not be hindered in my life.
I ask God to do this today at all costs. I know this is a lifelong journey, but for some reason I believe that God can expedite it.
I thank God for the way He has been challenging me in the area of my prayer life and surrender.
