I have been involved in the 24/7 United Prayer Ministry for many years. Since the age of 19, I have been praying with believers from around the world. Through this ministry, I have witnessed miracles, received answers to prayer, and experienced God’s sustaining grace through many difficult seasons of life.
As an Indian missionary currently serving in Brazil,South America, I was excited when I learned about the ACTS 29 Unleashed Conference. From the moment I heard about it, I began praying and seeking God’s will regarding attending the conference. Since I was geographically closer to North America than if I were traveling from India, I felt impressed to prayerfully pursue the opportunity to attend.
However, many challenges stood in the way. I needed permission from my mission field leaders, I had very limited financial resources, I did not have a U.S. visa, and obtaining the necessary documents seemed overwhelming. Humanly speaking, attending the conference appeared impossible.
During this journey, Pastor Martin Kim encouraged me with a simple but powerful message: “*PUSH and pray with faith*.”
By God’s grace, I continued praying and trusting Him. To my surprise, I received both my ASC appointment and visa interview date within one month of applying. Even my leaders were amazed at how quickly everything happened.
Another challenge was transportation. I serve in a small village about three hours from Brazil’s capital city. Yet every time I needed to travel for appointments and document submissions, God faithfully provided rides through different families. He opened every door at the right time.
The visa interview itself was difficult. The officer asked many questions, especially regarding my finances and travel plans. In my heart, I prayed:
“Lord, I am helpless. I have done my best, and now the outcome is in Your hands.”
Moments later, I heard the words:
“*Congratulations, your visa is approved.*”
I could hardly believe my ears.
When I heard those words, tears filled my eyes. I knew it was not because of my own strength, resources, or ability, but because God had heard the prayers of His people and had made a way where there seemed to be no way.
As I walked out of the embassy, my heart overflowed with gratitude. I began praising and thanking God openly. God had once again proven His faithfulness and goodness.
Today, as I prepare for my trip to the United States, I do so with the same faith that carried me this far. The God who opened every door, provided every need, and answered every prayer will continue to guide my steps.
Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” — Jeremiah 33:3
Thank you to everyone who prayed for me throughout this journey. Your prayers have meant so much, and I am deeply grateful.
All glory be to GOD.
