If you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please complete the form below no later than July 1, 2026. Kindly note that failure to meet A29U’s requirements for the issuance of an invitation letter will result in disqualification from receiving one.

Requirements for Obtaining a Letter of Invitation

Letter of Recommendation

Must be written on official Seventh-day Adventist Church letterhead
Must be dated within the current year
Must clearly indicate your Conference, Union, and Division
Must be signed by your local pastor, confirming that you are a member in good and regular standing

Note:

Conference, Union, or General Conference officials are not required to submit a letter of recommendation, provided they clearly indicate their position.
Pastors are required to submit a letter of recommendation signed by a Conference or Union official.
