Embracing Unity in Prayer
Today, we emphasize the importance of unity in prayer as we gather with our prayer partners for the daily prayer call. Unity in prayer not only strengthens our petitions but also fosters a sense of community and support among believers. Let us heed the call to join one of the 24/7 United Prayer calls in the Boiler Room if our group is small, recognizing the blessing of uniting with other Spirit-filled believers in prayer for their churches.
Suggested Reading:
1. Devotional Bible Verse: Ephesians 4:3 – “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”
Reflection: Reflect on the significance of unity among believers in prayer and its impact on our effectiveness as the Body of Christ.
Ellen G. White Quote: “We must come into line for action. Christ is our leader. He has given us our work. He has given us every facility necessary for the accomplishment of our work” (Evangelism, p. 67).
2. Join the boiler room and follow along with their devotional reading for the day.
Day 21 Heart Challenges:
1.Pray for Unity: Dedicate time during the prayer call to pray specifically for unity among believers, both within your group and across the broader Body of Christ, as we seek revival.
2.Encourage Participation: Encourage active participation from all prayer partners during the prayer call, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and mutual support in prayer.
3. Join a United Prayer Call: If your group is small or struggling, take the initiative to join one of the 24/7 United Prayer calls in the Boiler Room, experiencing the blessing of unity in prayer with believers from around the world.
4. Heart Preparation: Let us prayerfully read Acts 13:2-3 to prepare for Day 22 and reflect on biblical examples of fasting and prayer. Consider how they are used to discern God’s will and empower His servants for ministry.
